Quad Cities style pizza, for anyone who doesn't know, is characterized by crumbly small pieces of sausage, crust with malt flavoring, and it's usually cut into rectangle pieces. The benefit of that is for people who don't like to eat the crust, they can just eat the middle pieces. And for people that do like the crust, they can eat the corner pieces that are like 80% crust. I'm a crust man myself, so I go for the crusty corners. Remember to order a side of ranch for dipping!
I've only had Uncle Bill's once, so I think I need to give it another shot. It's my friend's favorite pizza place, so they got that going for themselves.

Lots of memories of going to Sports Fans when I was a kid, but I haven't been there in a long time. I know I liked it but I don't really remember anything specific. I'll try to get back there soon.

Franks has several really good dishes, so I don't always go there for the pizza, but their pizza is really good. It's a very "wet" pizza, so be prepared to use a lot of napkins and you might need to eat it with a fork. It's delicious though.
I love Harris Pizza and order it the most out of all these. Their pepperoni is my wife's favorite local pizza and she's from New York, so she knows pepperoni pizza. I really like their sausage with one other topping like green peppers, mushrooms, or black olives.
Wise Guys just barely edges out Harris, because I think their crust is a little bit better. They also get bonus points for having really good wings with tasty honey-hot sauce. I also love their jalapeno cheese bread.
