I love music videos that make you want to get up and dance. I enjoy watching people who put their whole heart and soul into every move and dance like nobody's watching. I give preference for videos that are shot in one take and I love a good robot. The more a video makes me want to get up and join in the dance, the better.
I don't usually care for the style of dancing in this song, but the story of the hero and villain falling in love with each other and dancing together makes it very endearing.

Not a lot of dancing in this video, but this song is so good and energetic, I absolutely have to get up and dance to it, every time I hear it. Next time I'm at a wedding and you want me to dance, play this song. I bet the DJ doesn't have it though.

Very cool robot moves and a fun video. It makes you want to move to Japan and be a burned out business man who's only joy is to watch Japanese girls is cartoony dresses dance and serve you food.

This video is just pure robot goodness. The dancer does a more modern day robot walk, which is very impressive. He then does some very nice technical popping moves at the end.

I have to include a Michael Jackson video on here. This one definitely features all of Michael's coolest dance moves. Did you know he patented a special kind of shoe that locked onto the floor in order to do that leaning move?

This is a cool video about an old guy who never stopped dancing for his former love. It's kind of like the movie Hatchi, where the dog sits at the train station waiting for his owner to come back, but this guy is waiting, breakdancing at the bus station for his girlfriend to come back, or something like that.

Jay Kay, the singer of Jamiroquai, has some of the most unique dance moves I've seen. It's nothing very difficult or complicated. It's just so fancy the way he trots around and struts his stuff. I love it.

This is one of the music videos that got me into popping when I was in high school. I would watch this video over and over to learn how to do the popping moves the robots and tall guys in sweats did.
Same description as number four.
These are all professional dancers and I don't believe the band is in any of their own videos, so they lose points for that, but this dance group is fantastic. The one-take, one-shot choreography is amazing. Everyone looks so cool and fashionable, it makes you wish you became a professional dancer. At my age, I would already be a washed-up dancer though. Good thing I didn't try to be a professional dancer.
Pretty simple moves but Francis and this video are so stylish and full of energy. It gets my blood pumping!
This is not the prettiest of dancing and I think most people could probably do all these moves, but that's what makes it so cool! She's so passionate! It really makes you want to get up and dance with her and call your girlfriend and tell her you're breaking up with her for Robyn.
This is the ultimate. Kiesza does all the dancing and singing in this video and I can verify that it's exhausting, because I tried to do all the moves at the same time while watching the video. She does several different styles and nails all of them. I believe Kiesza was actually a dancer before she became a singer, so that explains it. Also I saw her live on the Christmas train, so I'm a big fan!
